Any companies who treat hazardous waste are required to submit an update of their tiered permitting operations on California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually, the updated Certification of Financial Assurance form and copy of Closure Cost Estimate showing the adjustment for inflation to the CUPA. Date is CUPA dependent.
