Your Leadership Opportunity 

This is a foundational leadership role where you’ll build and lead our sales and marketing organization from the ground up. Your initial mission will be to recruit, train, and develop a revenue team including two Account Executives, SDRs, and a Marketing Associate. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll shape our go-to-market strategy and establish the systems and processes needed for sustainable growth.

Your Impact

As our new leader, you’ll:

  • Design and implement our complete revenue organization structure
  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing AEs, SDRs, and marketing talent
  • Create and own our revenue strategy, from market positioning to client acquisition
  • Establish sales processes, metrics, and accountability systems
  • Build a winning culture focused on growth and client success

What Sets You Apart

  • Proven success building and scaling B2B sales organizations, preferably selling in the US market
  • Track record of recruiting and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience establishing sales processes and systems
  • Outstanding relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English
