CDMS, is a premier EHS compliance services company in California. We're looking to bring on a couple of SDRs to help us grow our company. Your goal will be to increase our sales by getting more California companies to evaluate our compliance service offering and sign up for it. You'll work closely with our sales manager to plan and execute our sales pipeline development strategy.
This role is perfect for an ambitious, high-energy individual with a passion for sales and a "hunter" mentality. While prior sales experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement—we’re more interested in your drive and determination to succeed. We offer the chance to accelerate your learning curve, gaining valuable experience in one year that might take five at a larger company.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling clients and other outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc)
- Qualifying prospects
- Craft copy for our outreach emails
- Reply to emails of interested leads + other lead follow up
- Track metrics from our sales campaigns
- Engage with hot prospects and leads
- Manage the handoff to our account managers who will have calls with leads
- Manage our CRM, keep it clean and up to date
- Intelligence + high energy + integrity
- Excited by the idea of winning new business
- Super social and outgoing, energized by connecting with new people
- Excellent command of the English language; able to write persuasive and professional emails.

We are looking to hire a smart and collaborative person to join the CDMS team as an Environmental & Safety Consultant. The role will be responsible for assisting businesses with Air Quality, Wastewater, Hazardous Material, Storm Water, Safety and many other requirements.
What you will do:
- Preparing reports for our clients to follow guidance and regulations designed by EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments, Water boards and other federal, state and local government agencies.
- Assisting with permitting requirements and documentation (air quality, wastewater, Tiered Permitting, storm water, etc.).
- Conducting training for employees of client companies.
- Conducting monitoring (air monitoring, soil sampling, etc.).

- The ability to work independently.
- A high attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- A personable demeanor and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Geology or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineering or Professional Geologist certification a plus.
- Consulting background in Hazardous Waste/Materials management, Stormwater and Wastewater compliance, Air Quality and Training ideal.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
