- Preparing plans and programs mandated by Federal, State, and Local Regulations for our clients to follow guidance and regulations designed by EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments and Water boards.
- Assisting with permitting requirements and documentation (air quality, wastewater, Tiered Permitting, storm water, etc.).
- Conducting training for employees of client companies.
- Conducting monitoring (air monitoring, environmental sampling, etc.).
- Conducting compliance audits.
- Providing ongoing compliance support to clients.
- Providing various other support activities to clients to assist with their compliance efforts.
- Ensure that industrial sites comply with environmental regulations related to stormwater discharges.
- Manage clients in auditing, reporting, permitting, addressing violations, and evaluating federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee stormwater runoff from industrial facilities.
- Ensure industrial sites comply with environmental regulations related to stormwater discharges.
- Provide a range of safety training, including right-to-know, hazardous communication, waste handling, emergency response, stormwater, and spill prevention training.
- Assists in permit applications and renewals, including air permits, wastewater discharge permits, stormwater permits, and tiered permits.
- Conducts air monitoring, sound monitoring, water and soil sampling, and data analysis.
- Travel at least 15% within CA state to meet with clients
- Conduct facility evaluations and conduct interview requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Geology or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineering or Professional Geologist certification a plus.
- Consulting background in Hazardous Waste/Materials management, Stormwater and Wastewater compliance, Air Quality and Training ideal.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skilled at researching, gathering, organizing and analyzing data from various sources.
