Why work at CDMS?

As a CDMS team member, you will be making meaningful contributions that will directly impact California companies, environmental compliance and employee safety. You will help our Clients focus on their core business by taking care of their EH&S function and enable our client’s employees to do their jobs safely. Our selective and careful interview process has helped us build a collaborative, friendly team that is focused on solving problems for our clients. Some of the advantages of working for a small company are a close knit work environment, few layers of hierarchy, flexibility and direct access to decision makers.

CDMS has Clients in a wide range of industries and Environmental Health and Safety is a vast field. Integral to working here is delivering tailored solutions to our clients and helping them address different variations of EH&S matters that show up at their facilities.

So if you are seeking professional growth, like solving problems, working with a supportive, collaborative team and doing meaningful work, you will enjoy working at CDMS and we would be excited to have you join us!
