What You Will Do:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify, engage, and secure new clients across industrial and manufacturing sectors. Leverage your expertise to introduce CDMS’s services to key decision-makers.
- Strategic Networking: Build relationships with facility managers, EHS leaders, and industry professionals to develop long-term partnerships.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Present tailored EHS compliance solutions, demonstrating how CDMS can address regulatory needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and RFP responses that effectively communicate the value of CDMS services.
- Sales Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of two SDRs while collaborating closely with an inside sales representative to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Market Expansion: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase CDMS visibility and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with internal teams to refine service offerings, provide feedback on market trends, and enhance the client experience.
- Travel: Conduct on-site visits and client meetings across California (approximately 25% travel required).

Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in EHS consulting, technical services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of California environmental & safety regulations and how they impact industrial and manufacturing clients.
- Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals with mid-to-large organizations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
